Terms of Service

Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GetBlobs (“Service”), provided by FINNACLE INC. (“Company”). The Service is a dApp-based P2P digital content exchange platform where users can list, trade, and exchange digital assets via the blockchain.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account

  • You may be required to connect a digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) or provide certain information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to do so.

Content Listing and Exchange

  • You may only list or exchange digital content that you lawfully own or have the right to distribute.
  • All transactions occur directly on the blockchain. The Company does not interfere with or guarantee the outcome of any transaction.
  • The Company makes no warranty regarding the quality, authenticity, or legality of any content.

Fees

  • The Company may charge fees (e.g., gas fees, platform fees) for certain transactions. Details are available within the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for any blockchain-related fees, including gas fees.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading or distributing content that infringes others’ rights (e.g., IP rights)
  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Unauthorized technical manipulation or hacking attempts
  • Impersonating or misusing another user’s account information

Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties.
  • The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from user transactions, content, blockchain errors, or network disruptions.
  • The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service.

Modification

  • The Company may update these Terms and will notify users of changes via the Service.
  • If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.

Others

  • The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
  • Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable law.
