Terms of Service

1.1 Purpose

• These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GetBlobs (“Service”), provided by FINNACLE INC. (“Company”)

• The Service is a dApp-based P2P digital content exchange platform where users can list, trade, and exchange digital assets (contents) via the blockchain.

1.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Account

• You may be required to connect a digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) or provide certain information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (wallet address, etc.). The Company is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to do so.

1.4 Content Listing & Exchange

• You may only list or exchange digital content that you lawfully own or have the right to distribute.

• All transactions occur directly on the blockchain; the Company does not interfere with or guarantee the outcome of any transaction.

• The Company makes no warranty regarding the quality, authenticity, or legality of any content; all risk is assumed by the trading parties.

1.5 Fees

• The Company may charge fees (e.g., gas fees, platform fees) for certain transactions or functionalities. Details are available within the Service.

• You are solely responsible for any blockchain-related fees, including gas fees.

1.6 Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading, distributing content that infringes others’ rights (e.g., IP rights).

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, unauthorized technical manipulation or hacking attempts.

• Impersonating or misusing another user’s account information.

• Any other activity restricted by the Company.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties.

• The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from user transactions, content, blockchain errors, or network disruptions.

• The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, governmental actions, etc.).

1.8 Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service.

• If you breach these Terms and cause harm to the Company or any third party, you may be required to compensate the injured party.

1.9 Modification

• The Company may update these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will notify users of any changes via notices on the Service.

• If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Service and terminate your account.

1.10 Others

• The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

• Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by general business practices or applicable law.
